Native iPhone apps you have to have a Mac.

But you can build an app like using PhoneGap without a Mac, or a Web Version of an app without a Mac

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
