Urgent need for local Java Developers in Denver CO no third party candidates. Seeking a professionally experienced Programmer/Analyst to provide full life-cycle development for JAVA/J2EE WEB application using RAD in an IBM WebSphere environment. The candidate will be working in a team environment to enhance and support financial systems. The candidates must have a strong Web application development background. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Java/J2EE, SQL, and JDBC development experience, 4+ years experience in OOAD using Rational Rose, knowledge of JUnit, frameworks, and full life-cycle system development. Development may involve front-end GUI development, middleware development, or back-end database connectivity for distributed systems. Ability to work in a co-located team oriented environment. Strong communication skills.
