My name is Nitin, i had a requirement in my project on bill payment. I know this is not new thing, many projects do this, infact i used this service for my flight bookings.
I have some idea that using some third party services we generally do this but how to implement this in my project?. can any one guide me in right direction. what could be the estimated time atleast. I want this to be developed in java (may be using third party services ).
