Hi Everyone,
I am looking the concept dynaActionForm in the Struts that help a developer to reduce the number of the ActionForm for each form.

As in the validate() method of the Action Form there is validation of formfields. But we are using the DynaActionForm so where should the validation of the form fields ...........

Means, in case of DynaActionForm where should the validation of FormField done ................

Thanks in advance for the answer

Regards,
Maneesh

Maneesh,

They are many ways to validate the field attributes which are part of DynaActionForm. The following links might help you to achieve this.

Validation in action class#

Using Validator Plug - In

Thanks,

When U want to validate dynaActionForm , DynaValidatorActionForm would be very useful i feel.
I've used that in my project, validations are so simple and no need to worry abt them at all.
