The struts-examples.war file that comes with the download is a good place to start. Also, This link has a number of sample Struts projects that you can download.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
