Hi All,
I will be running my applet on almost all the browsers for nearly minimum of 14hrs will that cause the browser to crash or hang.My applet will basiclly upload a file to remote server via ftp.
My applet size is about 1.5mb.
I have to do the above task only in applet so please help.

But that just sounds like your requirements. (Except surely the part about causing the browser to crash isn't a requirement?) You say "please help", but with what? You haven't asked a question.

Actually my browser gets hang after 14hrs while running the applet.In most of the os browser combo.
How to avoid it.Please help.

Sagar Singh, did you find a solution? I'm experiencing a similar issue: some hour, then the Applet disappears from screen, usually taking the browser with it, with no relevant logs
