Have you checked your spam filter? Perhaps the email was sent (I can't confirm nor deny) but it got sent to your spam box.

Yes, I did. Nothing in Spam.
Even no "Private Message" was send as it supposed to be.

The Book Promotion page makes no mention of an email being sent, or of private messages. In fact, it explicitly says:
All winners must respond within 8 days of the end of the contest. Winners will be announced on the BookPromotionsWinnersPage and in the forum where the contest is held. So make sure you check back because we don't send email to winners.
I do see your name was posted in the forum, under the thread *Winners: Clojure in Action, so I don't understand what you think we did wrong.
Note - I, personally, have nothing to do with running, organizing or working on the book promotions.

I clearly remember that when I won a book I got an email about it.

As Fred mentioned, the rules do not require that private messages be sent, so if you are really interested in a promotion, you should track it. There is *no* guarrantee that you will get a PM upon winning.
Having said that, we generally do a good job at sending them. Once in a while, the coodinator gets really swamped and could forget to send them, but that seems more of the exception than the rule.

I'm not saying the Ranch did any thing wrong, but usually a PM is sent upon winning.
Forget about the email in my post, I got emails to notify me that I got a PM, my fault.

We usually do send a Private Message to the winners, but I was busy and forgot. I just checked and three out of four winners already sent in their info. You being the holdout. So no point in sending out the PMs now.
