*.tld in the struts.jar

Hi Guys!
It is possible to use the TagLibraries the Struts but without it declares within web.xml the TAG <taglib>.

It is to say I want to use .tld that they within struts.jar


Is possible for example Test.jsp: �?
<%@ taglib uri="" prefix="bean" %>

If the .tld is in the META-INF folder of the jar, and you use the proper URI, there is no need for any web.xml declarations.
