Hi,

I've a actionform called SearchForm which have some bean objects inside. I want to know whether the bean objects inside the ActionForm should be serialized or not...

And, In struts if you see many of the classes are implements java.io.Serializable like ActionForm, ActionForward, ActionMapping, ActionServlet.. etc,

Can anyone one let me know why it is so??

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
