have to use same user login details to access second ear from first ear delopyed in single server

have two ears deployed in a single server instance. user can login in first ear and clcik on link to second ear in first ear home page. so second ear have to use same user login details.
is this possible? if so please give me the solution for it.

you can login one to another by the same username and password.
they are called Single Sign On. use cookie or session
