unable to install packages in SDK

I tried to install some packages in SDK and i got following error messages.I have attched screenshots of error message & temp folder of SDK
Please assist me why it gives error messages?

Run as administrator then try installing the packages again.

Why exactly are you navigating to temp folder, read the document for installation again and then try for fresh installation of SDK, Installing android Sdk is probably the simplest thing to do.Do you have the following

1.Java 6
2.Eclipse

Right click on SDK Manager and choose Run As Administrator. It should work now, if not uninstall and install again it'll work for sure I did the same.
