commands for grep the class

How to to grap particular java class in *.jar files on windows XP.
jar tvf myJar.jar | grep .....

To the best of my knowledge, 'grep' is not a windows tool, but a Unix one. Having said that, I believe there are some third party utilities you can download and install to give you a grep-like option on the command line...i think one is called cygwin?
