Disaster Recovery and Backupsite

Hi Friends
If I have a "Active-Passive" hot Backup/Recovery site to handle disaster recovery then will it meet the NFR of 99.99% for SLA of 8 AM - 8PM? Or do you recommend having "Active-Active" hot backup site here? Advantage of Active-Active is a load balancing can be performed between the two site thus improving availability.

Administrator please feel free to delete this post if it violating the rules.

I prefer active-active as you can leverage hardware to handle existing load.
