Hello Friends...
I am currently working as J2EE(Spring MVC) developer in Nagpur...
I have got an job offer from another company...There also, my profile is going to be J2EE Developer. But, instead of Spring, I have to work on struts there.
The salary being offered to me there is little bit more(not much) than the current one..
So, please suggest me whether I should go with this new company or should I stay with the current one....

Thanks & Regards,
Sumit

In my opinion, Struts became out dated and Spring is acquiring market. I would recommend to stay in the current job for some time. Changing job for little money
is not worth. If you wait for some time, you may get better offer with more challenging work. Best of luck
