How to add a service servlet in Struts ??

Hi, we had a client/server application :
Client :Swing application
Server :Servlet

The client is communicating lot with the servlet.

Now we are moving to Struts, how can I keep the servlet in Struts so
I will use it in all my actions, I am looking in a way that at the
strut up that servlet starts.
