I am documenting assumptions for the SuD. What is the best way to describe that some capability is out of scope for the project:

1. Admin module(web based UI application) to manage XYZ already exists for the SuD and is out of scope for this assignment

OR

2. Admin module(web based UI application) to manage XYZ is not required for this project

I put something like "It is assumed that XYZ already exists and is therefore out of the scope of this assignment"
