Want to know something about ebook reader

Hello friends,

Now a days in smart phones ebook readers are in much demand. I surf few sites and gather some information about the file format and all that. I came to know about ePub and css etc etc. But I did not find nay example for that. I want to implement it practically to make it clear. Any link will be a great help.
Or you can give some more information too.
