when i am trying to hot deploy my ear file , getting below error

PROBLEMS WERE FOUND
problem: cvc-complex-type.2.4b: Element not allowed: load-on-startup@http://ja
va.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee in element listener@http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee:<
null>
i have tried almost all versions of dtd into web.xml nothing is working, it is same config which is working on my colleagues machine, can any one please give your input.
