How to configure two different application servers(
/ WebSphere) for the same Eclipse project within Eclipse(not outside IDE - configuring application servers within Eclipse
itself for debugging).

Create two servers: File | New | Other | Server | Server, and then select the one you want. Repeat for the other one.
