How to configure two different application servers(JBoss / WebSphere) for the same Eclipse project within Eclipse(not outside IDE - configuring application servers within Eclipse
itself for debugging).

Create two servers: File | New | Other | Server | Server, and then select the one you want. Repeat for the other one.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
