Hi,

Since last week, I am not able to log in into CertManager (where my Sun certification history is maintained).

I tried to log in at https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?ownername=sun&channel=sun&basechannel=prometric

I've previously used this link several times to check my history, download certification logs etc.

However, last week, it gave me error saying that I am not an authorized user for this page.

Further, I went for resetting my password with forgot password option. It asked me my last name and email.

Whenever I put relevant details, it gives a successful message that my account has been reset and I need to check my email.

However, there is not a single mail about my password/account getting reset.

I've repeated this process at least 10 times during the week and all I get is a success message that account has been reset. Nothing happens further (i.e. no mail in my inbox).

Have anybody faced this kind of issues? Also what should be done in this case?

All kind of help is appreciated.

Thanks.

I am also not able to access my account. But on home page they had given instruction as:

Certification records for Java, Solaris (Cluster), Oracle Solaris (Cluster), MySQL, NetBeans and OpenOffice.org are no longer available through Integral7. Certification history will be available in Oracle's CertView tool in late June/early July. When these certification records are available in CertView, an announcement will be made on Oracle's Certification Blog . Please subscribe to this blog to stay up-to-date on what's going on in the Oracle Certification Program.

so at the end of month or start of july issue will be resolved.

I'm also having the unauthorized issue after logging in. Seems to be some misconfiguration at Oracle after changing the test delivery partner from prometric to pearson vue.
