do you receive a confirmation letter after paid from prometric directly for step 2?

Hi,

I purchased step 2 and paid from credit card from prometric directly, and then I directly entered into online test for assignment. Then I didn't get any confirmation letter like any other test.

Now I need get a replacement voucher for PearsonVUE, I was asked to provide detail confirmation information. I don't know if they mean the confirmation number or something else?

Anyone has the same problem?

I have the same problem. I did not receive any confirmation from Prometric when I purchased the assignment. A week ago I sent Oracle a screenshot of my credit card transaction. I have not got any response since then. I don't even know if I have provided them with the correct information. I guess I'll wait another day before I try to contact them again.

I also didn't received any confirmatory email from them. I have only got screenshot of the "Credit card approved" with me. Hope this will be enough.
Please share if you get the pearson voucher. I am yet to complete my assignment so have not tried the option yet.

I just received the voucher from Oracle now. It took 7 days from the date I sent the transaction screen shot.

But it's too bad for me. I didn't catch the screen of my payment confirmation. I scanned my credit card statement and sent over to suncert_ww@oracle.com. I don't know if they will provide me the voucher for Pearson.

I have not paid them through credit card have purchase the voucher through authorized seller here in india the name provided to me by the sun at that time i have send them the confirming email which i received at that time now lets see

What i see most of time ,oracle is slow in responding to mails.

Once i also drop a mail to Oracle but they replied it after a month(approx).
So fingure crossed,one day you will get reply of your mail

I got new voucher number from oracle this morning.
