It looks like there's a problem in native code used by the Oracle driver. This EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION is (usually) the native equivalent of a NullPointerException. Do you use the latest version of the Oracle driver? Is it compatible with your operating system (e.g. are both 64 bit, or both 32 bit)?
