Append PDF using Itext

I am new to the Itext. can any one help me how to append text to the existing PDF files.

PDFs aren't really meant for changing after they've been created. Adding text, in particular, isn't something that's easy, or possible at all, given libraries such as iText.

Using iText (or other libraries such as PDFBox) you can append pages to a PDF, though. So if the new content is all on its own page in a second PDF, you can append that to the first file.
