Hi Anthony,

It looks like a really interesting book but at www.manning.com I noticed that the "Early Access" to the book started in June 2008, with a scheduled publication of September 2011.
How came it is so long? (No critic of the author intended, if it brings me a better book I am all for it :-)

One of the primary reasons for the delay is that the C++0x standard kept slipping its schedule. Originally the C++0x standard was due to be published in 2009, but various delays meant that it is now being published in 2011. In the mean time, the concurrency facilities have continued to evolve, so printing the book has had to be delayed to ensure that the contents are technically correct.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
