Parsing error processing resource path

Hi,

Can any one help me asap..

I am using struts to develop an apps.
I get the following error while trying to load the application.

javax.servlet.UnavailableException: Parsing error processing resource path

I am using multiple struts-config files and I have defined it in web.xml as
below

A parsing error means that Struts couldn't parse one or more of your config xml files. From the message, it sounds like the problem is in the area where you define your message resources. Look carefully at your config files and make sure the xml is well-formed and that they follow the DTD.
