hi
i've listen that the SCJD/OCMJD certificate and others will rise up to $2000  
SCWCD/OCPJWCD will be this expensive too?
where do I find the list of courses that will be terrifically stupidly expensive?

No, it's only for OCMJD and OCMJEA.
The OCMJD forum has a sticky thread about this extra requirement
