Hello, I have worked with Glassfish bundled with NetBeans but not Apache tomcat bundled with netbeans. i cannot get anything to come up on port 8080. I am running windows 7 and do not know how to open up the port 8080. For some reason, it is defaulting to port 8084.

Should i be concerned about this?

What you have in Netbean's configuration for Tomcat? Is there any place to change them?

Well, I picked the installation that had netbeans bundled with tomcat. Should I pick a different installation and install tomcat separately?

Thanks,
Michele

P.S. I am also on Windows 7 OS
