Hi,

I am creating Deployment diagram for part-2, but I am not able to find cylinder image for representing database in staruml and Visual paradigm,

Anyone faced similar issue? Any solution for this?

Thanks!

You don't have to use a cylinder for DB-it's deployment diagram...use the same process node and mark it as DB Server in Visual Paradigm...that's the way i did it.

Hi Ashutosh,

In Visual Paradigm, when I tried to export diagram, it automatically added text "Visual Paradigm for community edition" in the background.

Any idea how to get rid of this? I could only find one option to do "Print Screen" of diagram and export it. But in cases where diagram has scrollbars, this wont capture whole image. (Of course I can take multiple "print screens" and then edit using paint, but is there any easier way?)

Solutions:
1) Live with it, you won't be failing due to that water mark....it's not hiding your diagram
2) Use evaluation version or talk to VP Support
3) Use some other tool.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
