I've mostly used Tomcat to testservlets and JSPs. I started a new job and it looks like I can't really use Tomcat as part of my development. The test and production versions of the app run on Web Logic. I know zero about Web Logic. Is it possible to set up a minimal installation of Web Logic as part of a development environment in a manner similar to Tomcat? By that I mean using localhost, coding my files where I want to, with my own tools and then copying them to a special directory in Web Logic to see how it all runs?
There is a blizzard of docs about Web Logic on Google. Could anyone recommend a good tutorial on setting up Web Logic in a development environment to test out JSPs and Servlets?
