Where should I talk about non-functional requirements - assumptions or design decisions?

What about other similar topics, such as the use of Global transactions, etc.?

Thanks Bigwood. So you're saying we can discussion system qualities (non-functional requirements) exclusively in the risks section? That's probably if you find risks with these qualities.

I'll stick to Design decisions exclusively.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
