Search in Eclipse?

I need to search for some patterns in files in my project. Previously i was using netbeans and there they provide an option for it...I know how to search a file here(ctrl+shift+r)..but no idea about searching something in files.Help me out ...

Ctrl + h, and you can search all projects, all files with specific extension, like .java and guess what, eclipse search got the powerful feature for searching the regular expression.
