Configuring firewall on windows

Hi all,

Is it possible to create a firewall on windows using java? I know that this could be done on linux system by using ip tables, but not on windows. If its not possible to create a firewall, then could anyone guide me on how to configure windows firewall on java? Would be great if tutorial links and examples were given.

I am not certain that either is possible. Java™ is not really designed for OS access.
