Hi All,

Need your help on this.

I have joined an INDIAN MNC on 27th June and my reliving date is tomorrow.

I was told that as I have resigned in less than 4 weeks.
They wont provide me experience letter.

Can you please assist me what I need to do in this regard.

How I should approach them and get the experience letter for those days.

I have a call with them after some time today please let me know at the earliest.

Thanks/-

The relieving letter the firm provides should have your joining date and relieving date, right? I would not think an experience certificate would be of much importance in any case. Most, if not all, firms demand Relieving Letter(s) of all firms previously worked with.

Ask them to provide an experience letter if you feel you need that later on in your career. Company policies whould not be a major roadblock in this scenario as its about your career.. Anyways Good Luck mate!

Cheers,
Raj.

Forget about the company ! Why do you even need that 20 days experience anyways ? You would not have done anything substantial anyways and so the letter or this experience would not be of any weight anyways . Focus on the next one.

You know what I am saying ?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
