The relieving letter the firm provides should have your joining date and relieving date, right? I would not think an experience certificate would be of much importance in any case. Most, if not all, firms demand Relieving Letter(s) of all firms previously worked with.
Ask them to provide an experience letter if you feel you need that later on in your career. Company policies whould not be a major roadblock in this scenario as its about your career.. Anyways Good Luck mate!

Appreciate and Thanks for the reply!!
You are right!!
But, here in this case they just provide the reliving date without the Joining date.
Also these days the companys are asking for the Experience letter as well.
Forget about the company ! Why do you even need that 20 days experience anyways ? You would not have done anything substantial anyways and so the letter or this experience would not be of any weight anyways . Focus on the next one.
