GUYs, I have purchased Whizlabs full version for Part 1 and made the online transaction for the same 15-20 days back.
Yesterday i opened my account on Whizlab and shocked to see that there is no link coming for taking the exams from full version.
I called customer care , Person said drop me a mail i am at my relatives place, i dropped him a mail at support@whizlabs.com but haven't recived any response yet.
Its really painful.
Please suggest.

Just an idea, to check if you used same email address when creating the whizlabs account and when paying.

If they don't reply - post in your the region's newspaper - the whizlabs team is bound to view it and respond. Oversight can be corrected...sometimes things slip between the cracks!

My mistak guys, Janez you were write i was using wrong id the default one which is ther ein cookie.
But one thing is WHizlab support is poor as i have not recived any response yet, even i have responded that it was my mistak and ask them to close the ticket.
