Spring in Action: Good start to programming Spring in my work?

Hi People,

I'm a programmer in Java/J2EE and i'm wanting start to learning Spring and i'd like somebody tell me if this book is good start to programming in Spring. I'd like use Spring in my work and i'm looking a good book to start programming in Spring.

i'm wait some comment about this book,

Spring in Action is definitely a beginner's book as well. Springsource documentation also is helpful at times but is huge in content and not succint like the Spring in Action book.
