SOAP Transfer and HTTP Transfer

Sir i am not able to get use of SOAP and HTTP regard to Web Services.

WSDL is description of service in form of XSD.
HTTP is used for communication. Does soap also use for communication purposes? at a time i can communicate with SOAP or HTTP or Both?
UDDI is created by service maker where WSDL attacks and creates itself.

If i am wrong please tell. Thankyou

SOAP is a message formatting standard - SOAP messages can be moved by any technology you like.

HTTP is a communication standard commonly used to move SOAP messages.

UDDI is an idea which is generally ignored - services tend to publish WSDL

I understand your terms i am bit confused in:

HTTP request and soap request

Means how it works?
if first communication made using HTTP, then what is send on server?? as messages will transfer later to request.

One more question

will web service work on web server then
what will be the data will be transferred as web server only support HTTP format.

A SOAP client makes a HTTP request to a SOAP web service - the data stream will be:

HTTP headers - as per the HTTP standard - may include SOAP specific headers
a blank line - as per the HTTP standard for the separator between headers and body
the XML formatted text of a SOAP request message

The SOAP server responds with a HTTP response consisting of:

HTTP headers - includes a status code indicating success or failure
a blank line
the XML formatted text of a SOAP response message
(optionally) Attached blocks of data in any format as per the SAAJ standard.
