Hi. How should I do a database search similar to the one Facebook have where: for each key press show alternatives of results?
Should I maybe retrive all data from the database and store this in a modelBean? Or should I do new query requests for every key press? Dont understand how to do becouse the load feels to be huge....
Is there maybe any library that can help me?

Check this link it should throw some light. I guess you load all the values in list in the bean first

Combo Box with dynamic suggestions list;jsessionid=3839ABB965807312E31F540FD88D94AF?c=comboBox&tab=usage
