Hi,

you can go for the Effective Java by Joshua Bloch.

Its the book about good programming practices. To follow the code conventions simply go through the "Java Coding Convention" document.

Thanks

Thanks for the answers but i am looking some books that has some exercise so i can improve my coding(writing) standers. Javaranch has some thing like that but that is expensive and do not have latest technologies like Spring Hibernate .
