hi,

what is the difference between Oracle certified PROFESSIONAL EE 5 Web component developer and
Oracle certified EXPERT EE 6 javaserver pages and servlets developer?

which is better to pursue right now?
do both the certifications have same value?

The difference is big.

If you are asking about the exam objectives you can compare them here:
Java Enterprise Edition 5 Web Component Developer Certified Professional Exam
Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 6 JavaServer Pages and Servlet Developer Certified Expert Exam

If you are asking only about the difference in the title: Professional vs. Expert - I think they just decided to change the name but Expert looks higher than Professional.
