Problem of caching old version applet in testing

I am using al ocal web server - IIS on Windows XP. I uploaded an html file and
to the web server, tested, fine.
Then I updated the applet with a new method and the old applet seems to always be downloaded. I cleared my cache in my web browser. Is there anything else I can do (bar a reboot) to refresh?
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:

Clearing the applet cache through code
Connecting to a remote servlet from an unsigned applet
Sending data to an applet.
How to load an image in applet from web server
Loading applet of the web server
