Hi Folks,
First off , I dont know whether this is the right forum to ask the question. If not mods please move it to the pertinent fora.

I'm relatively inexperienced in the programming world. I was try to pick one among of the available web frameworks in Java , amongst the more popular of them I came across Struts 2, Spring MVC etc. However lately , I also heard about the Play Web framework , from user opinions it seems to have a gentler learning curve and also offers a lot of built in capabilities .It would be great if anyone could help compare the frameworks like Struts with Play . An important point is ,does Play perform well in the production environment or is it just good for small scale demo projects and the lot?
Thank you for your time.
