I am using RAD v8 with WAS 7.0, do I need to include JSTL.Jar file in my web project? Or is it part of
J2EE
specs so I do not need to do it?
Thanks!

Most containers do not ship with a JSTL implementation. I'd be surprised if Websphere did, but I leave to for the Websphere-savvy to say definitively.
