Hi all,

alright I got the word "Jini Technology" from Head First Java book. They advice the book users to stick with these technologies and to learn how to use them. I know that technology is something where you can control a TV using a Java program. I am a student, but I think this is the time to learn about Jini, how to use it, how to program it, etc. Please advice me regarding this issue, and if there are good sources of learning this technology, please let me know. Thanks

Jini? I first heard of that about 10 years ago. That was also the last time I heard about it.

Anyway I would start by reading the Wikipedia article.

Thanks for both of your replies. Sad to know that was taken by apache... Anyway, that link has no learning resources. Could you please give me a link to a learning resource?
