Does Oc4j provide 'Project Facets' for Eclipse to use JAX-RPC

Unable to use JAX RPC "Web Service Runtimes" while creating a web service using OC4J in Eclipse.
Apache Axis and Apache Axis 2 are the only available "web service runtimes" available thru eclipse when creating a web service thru Eclipse & OC4J
