IT Managed Services Business Partnership

Hi, I am looking for business partners for an IT Managed Services Provider business. The idea starts from the concept that we pay the software for the right to use and I want to create a business where you pay the software per use or pay as you go. I have an almost complete business plan which reveals potential growth during an estimated three years timeframe. It's a project with high level of services meaning that it will require SLA (Service Level Agreement) and legal requirements. To reply or apply, you need to have the personality and character of a small entrepreneur or be a visionary. You must have a great teamwork attitude and skills either in sales or IT JAVA, Web Services and J2EE. It's also expected to contribute to a share of the cash needed for the company start-up, although I don't want set a minimum amount at this stage as I have found more challenges on finding the right people so far, rather than the money. Further details may be provided directly in the forum but in depth details will be provided privately via e-mail or via a Non Disclosure Agreement. Location either in USA or UK.
