What is CSL?

Hi, I'm Dann from New York, Newbie here i don't know even i am posting at right place of the forum if i am wrong i apologies at this act.
Recently i purchase a e-commerce site and my fried told me you have to get CSL of your site, but i don't know what is this?? Somebody guide me what is this ?? Looking for your replies ..

So when you replied to your friend "CSL? What's that?" then what did he or she say?

My guess:

The friend was advising you to get a certificate for your site. That is a software component.

This formu is about other certificates: something that certifies that you have passed an exam.

Is it possible that it was SSL in stead of CSL?
