POJO vs EJB Web service

Hi there,

I'm in need to expose a web service that in turn calls another WS over SSL. Here I'm told to design a web service either by using POJO or EJB. Which one is the best? Also that this web service has to use PROXY pattern. Can anyone advice me on this topic on which approach to use?

Thanks in advance..
