Error after applying Service Pack V7.0.0.15

hello all,

I applied the service pack V7.0.0.15, to WAS 7.0. Before applying the service pack, all was fine.
The service pack was applied successfully, however post installing this service pack, i am getting few issues such as
/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/bin > ./startManager.sh gives the exception below

Has anyone faced this issue before after installing Service Pack V7.0.0.15 ?

any tips are appreciated.
