What are thr pre-requisites for Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 6 Web Services Developer Certified Expert Exam. Do i have to be Oracle Certified Java Programmer certified in order to take this test, also which version of Oracle Certified Java Programmer certificatioin do i need 1.6 or 1.4 is ok ?

Any version of SCJP is a valid pre-requisite.

To appear for SCJWS you need to clear any version of SCJP first.

I am also Preparing for SCJWS . m done with SCJP 5.
