Wrong details in Part 2 / 3 - Pearson Site

Hi All,

when I tried to look at the payment receipts or the exam data for the Part 2 and Part 3, it shows only the details of the Part 1 Exam. Is this how it displays?

I need to reimburse the certification amount from my company and would like to take the print out of the receipt. Please let me know where can I find the receipt details.

Hi Mohan,

I cannot see any payment receipts, but I can see the appointment details, which mentions the amount in dollars (View History -> Details (click on the zoom/lens icon)).

You can send an email via the contact us page (customer service) on the perarsonvue home page and request for the receipt. I got mine this way.

I have contacted the PearsonVue by mail, hopefully they will mail me the payment receipts in few days.

How you made the payment?
By online or some other mode.

I didn't see any online record of payment either. I provided photocopies of my credit card statement.

Hi,

I registered and made the payment through PearSonVue, after the payment is made, I just got a confirmation mail about the payment, but if we lose those mail, then we don't have any proof for the payment made.

I have seen the payment receipt in Prometric website, but couldn't see in the PearsonVue.

FYI - Yesterday I got all the 3 different payment receipts mailed by the PearsonVUE Finance team.
